P.A.U.S.E.™ for Prevention is a 6 plus module, integrated health, wellness, ergonomics and injury prevention course. Learners are able to take the entire course at one time, or one module at a time. Courses include printable learning materials (Deliverables). There are a few documents that are shipped separately and distributed to learners.

This course includes six modules and 2 bonus modules. Participants will perform a workstation self-evaluation and postural improvement process during training. Course may be taken all in one session, or one module at a time over several days or weeks. Course is narrated, so learners will need speakers or hedpnoes.
