SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We accept payment in full prior to the packaging and shipping of your product/s.
95% of the shipments of printed materials leave our fulfillment center within 7 days of your order.
Other products or services may take longer and delays may be for different reasons, such as availability and shipping/receiving challenges during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. We will inform you of any shipping delays for your purchases.

Any damage as a result of shipping should be directed to the FedEx call center.
The FedEx call center is available 24/7 at 1-800-436-3339. FedEx Office hours vary by center. Most office locations are open: M-F 7am to 10pm;
Sat 8am-8pm; and Sunday 10am-8pm. Office hours may vary.
Notification of any claim must be made within fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice, or date of shipment, whichever is/was sent first.
For any claim related to damage of a printed product during shipping, you must notify FedEx within seven (7) days after delivery of such printed products.
In the case of a claim concerning any defective printed products, you may be asked to return the defective printed products to FedEx Office at either the FedEx Office and Print Center where the product was produced, by calling us at 1-800-2-KINKOS or by sending an email message to email@example.com.
For liquid products, there are no returns and no refunds.
For physical products the manufacturer's warranty, process and instructions apply.
