Phase 1 of P.O.W.E.R.™ training fills critical knowledge gaps, motivates associates to improve the way they take care of their health and spine, and teaches employees a new set of skills which are to be utilized when performing tasks at work and home.
The key to prevention is to significantly reduce or eliminate at-risk behaviors and habits that almost every employee has developed, and replace them with efficient and protective behaviors and powerful postures. The process of changing workforce behaviors takes time and requires a system and engagement process in order to achieve sustainable positive outcomes.
The P.O.W.E.R.™ hotel training program is comprised of 3 phases. P.O.W.E.R.™ training is Phase 1, Skills Reinforcement Training™ is Phase 2, and P.O.W.E.R. Coaching™ is Phase 3. Each phase builds upon the lessons and skills learned during the previous phase. This process establishes baseline efficiency metrics and sets the stage for each employee to improve specific prevention-based behaviors over time. Phase 3 is the final and evergreen phase of P.O.W.E.R.™.
AE specialists are available to deliver Phase 2 and 3 on-site. We also offer Skills Reinforcement Training and P.O.W.E.R. Coaching as Do-It-Yourself (DIY) packages. Each package includes an implementation & instructor guide, plus the forms necessary to track and communicate this progressive process with employees and stakeholders. If or when OSHA inspects or investigates your hotel, be assured that they will be pleasantly surprised by how well all of your safety bases are covered.
