Delivery Options: Train-the-Trainer classes may be delivered on-site, via a virtual session, or leaders and supervisors can take an online course through AE's Online Learning Academy and earn a Certificate. The virtual class, as well as online courses instruct internal trainers and supervisors regarding their roles and responsibilities. The 2 leadership and train-the-trainer courses include why and how to deliver phase 1 of P.O.W.E.R. training to current employees and new hires utilizing AE's Learning Management System (LMS).
 
The Skills Reinforcement Training and Precision Development Training (POWER Coaching) courses teach trainers and supervisors everything necessary to deliver phase 2 and 3 of P.O.W.E.R. training, which ensures compliance and sustainability. All courses include an implementation and instructor guide and deliverables designed specifically for hotels.
