Employee & Supervisor Training

Housekeeping employees and their supervisors must receive training when the Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention Program (MIPP) is implemented, plus at least annually thereafter. Training must also be provided when new risk is discovered, new tools are added and when a renovation alters or increases risk. Whatever training your hotel has provided to date, the AE Hotel P.O.W.E.R.™ training system receives excellent ratings from managers and employees (99.7 out of 100).

The Accurate Ergonomics training system is all your hotel will ever need to maintain compliance, control risk and prevent injuries, year after year. AE's P.O.W.E.R.™ ergonomics, health and musculoskeletal injury prevention training courses have been implemented at numerous hotels for over 25 years and has been proven to work and last in every application. (See Outcomes).

Hotel P.O.W.E.R.™ training is an integrated health, wellness, ergonomics and injury prevention course. Training is modular-based, resource friendly and may be delivered all in one session, or one module at a time over several days or weeks. Required course materials are included, plus there are many optional deliverables available which can be used during and post-training. P.O.W.E.R.™ deliverables are designed to assist every employee to achieve Key P.O.W.E.R.™ goals, motivate and sustain positive behavioral change and assist employees throughout their entire career, from the first day of training through to retirement.

The ultimate goal of P.O.W.E.R.™ is to improve efficiency, achieve sustainable behavioral change and enjoy permanent reductions in injuries. Key P.O.W.E.R.™ skills and goals are slowly integrated into the fabric and culture of your hotel and workforce. To accomplish these goals, P.O.W.E.R. is a 3 phase progressive training process. Each phase can be delivered in succession or over a period of months or longer, depending on the number of participants. Phase 1 is employee training. Skills Reinforcement Training™ is Phase 2 and P.O.W.E.R.™ Coaching is Phase 3. These on-site services or Do-it-Yourself packages include every element needed to ensure that measurable and positive behavioral changes occur, become a sustainable part of your new culture of prevention and that your program complies with OSHA regulations.

Team Accurate can customize a training program to fit the size and needs of your housekeeping department and budget. A License Agreement is required and year one license is included in package pricing. Team Accurate grants special group leader access to your internal program manager, who is able to manage, assign and track course access and more. You are also assigned an account manager who is able to manage or assist with this process.

TM

Accurate Ergonomics has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We have successfully assisted hotels from every brand to protect their workforce and their bottom line from injuries. We offer hotels of every size a highly effective musculoskeletal injury prevention training system and process that is scalable to meet any hotel's resources.

AE training programs work and the positive outcomes achieved are sustainable. Most companies in this space offer some sort of treatment based model, wherein a hotel pays for someone to be on-site. AE is focused 100% on prevention, not treatment or selling equipment. The AE training system is designed to optimize supervisor and front-line performance and promote independence - not dependence. Your employees and supervisors learn why and how to improve and maintain their health, perform tasks efficiently and prevent injuries 24-7-365.
