Employees take a P.A.U.S.E.™ training course individually, utilizing AE's Online Learning Academy.
Courses may be purchased separately, one learner at a time, or you may purchase a number of seats.
Internal leaders, supervisors or trainers can deliver classroom training. This can be accomplished in one session, or training can be delivered over a series of sessions, or as a lunch and learn process.
Purchase a P.A.U.S.E.™ Doc-in-a-Box™ Do-it-Yourself (DIY) training package. Internal trainers or supervisors receive all of the materials needed for training and to support an effective ergonomics program, long term.
P.A.U.S.E.™ is an integrated health, wellness, ergonomics and injury prevention course. Training is modular-based, resource-friendly and may be delivered all in one session, or one module at a time over several days or weeks. Required course materials are included, as well as many optional deliverables available which can be used during and post-training. Deliverables are designed to assist every employee achieve Key P.A.U.S.E.™ goals, motivate and sustain positive behavioral change and assist employees throughout their entire career.
To achieve sustainable behavioral change, permanent reductions in injuries and integrate key P.A.U.S.E.™ lessons and skills into the fabric and culture of your organization and workforce, P.A.U.S.E.™ is a 3 phase progressive training and ergonomics process. Education and training is Phase 1. Individual ergonomics course follow up, assessments and/or chair-side coaching is Phase 2. Phase 3 is the support, compliance and sustainability phase, wherein positive behavioral changes become a permanent part of your culture of prevention.
Customization: Accurate Ergonomics can customize a training program to fit the size and needs of any workgroup or your entire workforce. We can also customize course content to be as specific to the tasks your workforce performs and the workstation equipment you provide. A license agreement is required and year one license fee is included in package pricing. Team Accurate grants special group leader access to your designated internal program manager, who is then able to manage, assign and track course access, learner progress, quiz, test scores and more.
Intelligent Ergonomics: If your organization wants to triage or prioritize your at-desk workforce needs, or provide trained employees a post-training ergonomics and workstation improvement survey, we have a specialized cloud-based survey and communication tool which allows internal leaders the ability to: see assessment and training results, manage equipment and other workstation improvements, close cases and communicate with employees, managers and other stakeholders. P.A.U.S.E.™ for Prevention training courses are designed for every seated and standing at-desk employee. Employees receive robust integrated health, wellness, ergonomics injury prevention education and training, utilizing AE's Online Learning Academy (LMS). During the course employees perform their own workstation evaluation and are guided through an ergonomics self-assessment and postural improvement process.

Course options also let you choose whether or not you want to include a comfort survey, a pre-training quiz and/or final test. Ergonomics best practices is a single module course that focuses solely on ergonomics and having each learner perform a workstation self-assessment and improvement process.

P.A.U.S.E.™ is a training system and process that is scalable because every office environment is somewhat unique. You choose the level of support and engagement of your leaders in your program, based upon your resources and desired goals.
Deliverables: There are a number of deliverables to choose from. Most courses include individual documents that can be printed by the learner. Optional materials may be delivered by a designated internal program manager. There are also course workbooks available should you choose to deliver classroom-style training.
