 Shipping and Delivery.

 We are passionate about shipping our Products in a timely fashion.

 We accept payment in full prior to the packaging and shipping of your Ergonomic Product.

 95% of all of our Shipments leave our Fulfillment Center within 7 days of your order.

We will always inform you of any Shipping delays for your purchases.

 We look forward to serving you now and in the future for all of your Ergonomic needs.

Claims Procedure:

Any damage as a result of shipping should be directed to the FedEx call center.

The FedEx call center is available 24/7 at 1-800-436-3339.

FedEx Office hours vary by center. Most office locations are open: M-F 7am to 10pm; Sat 8am-8pm; and Sunday 10am-8pm. Office hours may vary.

Notification of claim must be made within fifteen (15) days of the earlier date of date of invoice, or date of shipment.

For any claim related to damage of a printed product during shipping, you must notify FedEx within seven (7) days after delivery of such printed products.

In the case of a claim concerning any defective printed products, you may be asked to return the defective printed products to FedEx Office at either the FedEx Office and Print Center where the product was produced, by calling us at 1-800-2-KINKOS or by sending an email message to fedexoffice.customerrelations@fedex.com.
